  1. I have done my undergraduate in economics. I am now working for an NGO and have developed an interest in environment and climate change. Can you recommend top programs to get a Master's in? Also, do you think a Master's is sufficient or should I opt for a phd? I don't have a quantitative background, my math needs work. Additionally, should I go for a Public Policy program or a specialized environment/climate change program? Is it better to be specialized or general? I understand different people will have different opinions- I want to hear all of it. Thanks.
